Ward Christmas Party

Finally! Christmas photos are uploaded. Since it is January, I should tell the stories of December. Obviously.

Someday I will post when stuff is happening. That is not today.

The beginning of December brought with it our annual Ward Christmas Party. This year included a yummy dinner (Thanks for the meat, Bro. Gaines!), musical entertainment by the ward choir and three other groups, beautiful decorations, and a nativity complete with a HUGE angel choir - every Primary and Nursery child was invited to be a part of it! That meant Grace and buddies were included:

Yup, we could hardly squeeze the kids onto the stage.

And, of course, Santa, well, Santa's Helper came to hear the lists and share a treat. Con asked for something I'd veto'd: A Real BYU Football Helmet.

The girls were wary. Millie would not smile. Grace wouldn't get any closer than what it took to get a candy cane, but she did tell him in a soft, little voice what she wanted, "Pink Pwincess."

It ended up being a very late night. With a melt down or two...

...but in the end, we agree that we had a great time!
